RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

            *Closing sales and creating satisfied customers
*Discussing conditions of sale and answering buyer�s questions about construction and financing options
* Reviewing  plans, recommending construction features and options
*Explaining pricing, features, options, and changes
*Completing appropriate purchase contracts, addenda and associated paperwork

Successful candidates will be highly motivated individuals who have several years experience in new home sales with a single family residential production builder�..and the proven ability to close new home sales.
