Imperial Homes is also a participating partner in the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) ENERGY STAR program to build certified energy-efficient homes. Since 1995, the EPA, working with other government departments and private industries, has partnered under the ENERGY STAR program with respected names in the homebuilding industry to facilitate the construction of homes that are energy-efficient and more pollutant-free. As a participant in the program, Imperial Homes has a new class of housing that requires approximately 30% less energy, giving residents an opportunity to reduce utility bills.
While building and buying a home is a long and involved process, your sales counselor will be in contact with you every step of the way. They will be your guide throughout the entire process to ensure your satisfaction. You will also have scheduled appointments with your construction manager to discuss selections and any special needs that you may have regarding the construction of your home.
