Imperial Homes was founded in 1990 by Terry Hartzell, founder and present-day President. His mission was to create a company based on quality and integrity, that could offer all the customer care benefits of a smaller company, coupled with the ability to keep prices lower much like that of a large production builder. We are proud to say that he has succeeded in that goal. Today, Imperial Homes is one of the top twenty-five builders in the Houston area. The company is widely known for its performance in delivering high quality craftsmanship and design.
