POSITION DESCRIPTION
**Develops new residential product designs and concepts in a variety of architectural styles and elevations
**Develops sketches and drawings for initial approval
construction documents
**Prepares scale drawings, design plans and construction sets, including custom work
**Solving design and contruction problems |
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Educational requirement - BA/BA degree in Architecture
Required work experience - minimum 3 years design experience with a production or custom homebuilder |
